SmugMug & Website Policy
The ANHS Instrumental Music Boosters have set up a secure SmugMug website where you may download and print high-resolution photographs taken of your student(s) at practice, performing, and in day-to-day activities with the ANHS Band, Drum Line and Color Guard.
This is a SECURE and PASSWORD-PROTECTED website that cannot be viewed by people who haven’t been provided with the proper login and password information. We will provide you with login and password information to access the site via secure e-mail at various times during the school year.
Group photos from our SmugMug site are occasionally displayed on our anhsmusic.com website.
It is the policy of the ANHSIMB to post primarily group shots of ANHS students on our anhsmusic.com website. We post photos of individual students only if express written e-mail permission has been given by a student’s parent/guardian allowing us to do so. We do not identify students by name at our website unless a parent/guardian gives us express written e-mail permission to do so. We will immediately take down any photo displayed on our website at the request of a parent/guardian whose student is pictured in a given photograph. Failure to inform us of your request for deletion constitutes your approval of your student’s photo(s) continuing to be displayed at the anhsmusic.com website.
Requests to delete specific photos from the anhsmusic.com website should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you DO NOT want photographs of your student(s) posted on our SmugMug and anhsmusic.com sites, you must sign a Consent Refusal Form and return it to us. We will keep the form on file and provide you with a counter-signed copy of the form (acknowledging our receipt of your request) for your records.
While we will do our best to not display photographs that include your student(s) on our SmugMug and anhsmusic.com sites, your student(s) may still be visible in full- or partial-ensemble photograph(s).
We ask every parent who wishes to refuse consent for pictures of their student(s) to be displayed at our various sites to inform Mr. Weinberg by Friday, September 18, 2015. Please contact Mr. Weinberg via e-mail for details.
